Dr. Lawrence F. Chiles has developed three community centers, and pastored urban churches for 30 years. He currently serves as bishop of the Koinonia Fellowship of Churches, and is an adjunct professor at Lancaster Bible College. He is a graduate of Westminster Theological Seminary, Philadelphia, Pa and received his Doctor of Ministry from Biblical Theological Seminary (now Missio Theological Seminary), Philadelphia, Pa.

Lawrence and his wife Nereida have been married for 45 years and have adult three children and four grandchildren
