Dr. Barry Wissler
President
Dr. Barry Wissler is the founding President of HarvestNet International, a network of churches, ministries and businesses partnering for the harvest. Having pastored Ephrata Community Church for 37 years, Barry passed leadership to a successor and now focuses on training emerging leaders and building organizational teams. HNI serves churches in Europe, Asia, North and South America and also operates the HarvestNet School of Supernatural Ministry.
Kevin Eshleman
Vice President
Kevin Eshleman is the senior pastor of Ephrata Community Church. He has previously served as a public school campus minister with the Lancaster Youth Network of Churches and Lancaster Youth for Christ, and he has pastored in the Brethren in Christ Church. He is currently serving on the HarvestNet International Apostolic Council, the Ephrata/Akron Ministerium, and the Cocalico School District Board. Kevin has a master’s diploma from the Wagner Leadership Institute and a Master of Divinity in World Christianity at Evangelical Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Stephanie, have two children: Hannah and Daniel.
Floyd Zook
Treasurer
Floyd Zook is the owner and president of Zook Interiors, LLC, which is a metal stud drywall company that he founded in 1991 and currently employs 43 people. Before starting his business, Floyd graduated from Ecola Bible School, spent several years in short-term missions, and was employed by Discipleship Ministries as a training director. Floyd has a passion for effective leadership and seeing the Kingdom of God integrated into the marketplace.
Desmond Frey
Director
Desmond Frey was born in Zurich, Switzerland, and spent most of his childhood years between Switzerland and South Africa. He has been involved in various aspects of ministry from Bible school director, church planter, humanitarian mission’s coordinator, senior pastor, church overseer, and European Director for several international ministries. Today Desmond serves on the leadership team of Buchegg Church, a multi-campus mega-church in the heart of Zurich, Switzerland. He continues to coach pastors and church teams in Europe. Desmond and Sandy have been married for 35 years and have hosted their “Refresh” marriage conference all around the world. They love ministering together and never seem to run out of examples after being empty nesters to four adult kids and nine grandkids.
Director
Dale Brubaker is the Vice President of Facilities & Property Management for the Dutch Valley Family of Companies. He has served in various executive leadership roles in his tenured career of more than 30 years at Dutch Valley. Dale owns DASH Management Group, a real estate investment company with a mission to create real value in property and places. His passion is to transform homes that are in disrepair and restore them to beautiful places in Lebanon and surrounding counties. Dale and his wife, Sharon, are passionate about healthy marriage and family and the Kingdom impact healthy families have on society. They have 4 sons and a daughter-in-law and reside near Newmanstown, PA.
