Henry and Millie, along with a team, give oversight to Harvest Fellowship of Churches, a multi-cultural and multi-lingual Network of 24 congregations and ministries in 10 states, Canada, and Haiti. Henry also serves as president of Kingdom Life Network (KLN), an international network of congregations in Kenya, India, Cambodia, and the U.S.

Previously, Henry and Millie lived in Belize, Central America for 11 years where he was involved in church planting and leadership development. Henry and Millie were the first pastors of ACTS Covenant Fellowship in Lancaster, PA and currently serve on the oversight team. At this time, Henry is involved in developing a ministry training school in Haiti and an on-line leadership training school through KLN. Henry and Millie see their call as spiritual father and mother and seek to encourage leaders through coaching, prayer, and personal contacts.
