European Summit

Please note that the non-refundable fee for this registration covers conference expenses only.

HNI will book your hotel reservation based on the information provided in your registration. All guests are required to compensate the hotel directly upon arrival, based on the number of nights specified in your form. Guests will be fully financially responsible for the cost of all nights reserved in this form, even if they choose to cancel their reservation. Please contact us with any specific questions.

Summit Registration:

  • Cost: $45.00 per person

  • Registration closes: April 9, 2025

Meals included with the Summit:

  • Tuesday, May 6 | Dinner

  • Wednesday, May 7 | Breakfast, Lunch, Coffee Break, & Dinner

  • Thursday, May 8 | Breakfast, Lunch, Coffee Break, & Dinner

  • Friday, May 9 | Breakfast

Hotel:

Pricing for the Hotel:

  • Single Room: 76,5 EURO ($80.00 USD) per person, per night

  • Double Room: 45 EURO ($47.00 USD) per person, per night

  • If you are traveling alone and would like to share a room with someone, please arrange this with them before registering and make sure to register together.

  • Hotel reservations come with complimentary breakfast, lunch, coffee break, and dinner included.

  • April 9, 2024 is the deadline to register to book a hotel room and receive the special summit rate. After this date, the hotel cannot guarantee an available room and will not extend the summit rate.

Children:

  • Children 10 years or younger have no registration cost with HNI.

  • There are varying hotel discounts for children under 10.
