We will be staying at the Mercure Gdansk Stare Miasto, a beautiful hotel with views of the historic city!

Book by April 9th for the discount rate!

Please note, guests can come early or stay later than the event dates (May 7-10) at the same reduced price as long as you are booked before April 9th

    Single or Double Room | $111.00 (450PLN) per night with complimentary breakfast included

  • Please register for the Summit before booking with the hotel!

    All guests are required to book their reservations with the hotel directly using the email address & conference code provided upon completing this registration to receive the special summit rate. The email address and code can be found in your registration confirmation email.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: April 9, 2024 is the deadline to book a hotel room and receive the special summit rate. After this date, the hotel cannot guarantee an available room & will not extend the summit rate.

Transportation

  • The hotel is approximately 25 minutes from the airport by taxi. Uber & Bolt are both good options for transportation & cost ~9 euros per ride.

  • The closest train station is Gdansk Glowny Station. From the train station, it is approximately a 10-minute walk to the hotel.

  • The closest bus stations are Railway Station & Dworzec Pkp. Both bus stations are approximately a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

    Round-trip tickets (train & ferry) travelling from Gdansk to Gydnia to Hel & back.

    Exhibition (with audio guide) plus round trip by water tram to Westerplatte. In Westerplatte, there will be a guided tour.

    About a 10-15 min walk from the hotel.

    Time: exhibition lasts ~2-2.5 hours
