HNI Leadership Teams
The HarvestNet International Apostolic Council provides executive leadership to the network. They provide a high level of financial accountability and appoint an Advisory Panel, which is a larger representative group of HarvestNet leaders who assist them in leading the international movement.
Dr. Barry and Cheryl Wissler
Dr. Barry Wissler is the founding President of HarvestNet International, a network of churches, ministries and businesses partnering for the harvest. Having pastored Ephrata Community Church for 37 years, Barry passed leadership to a successor and now focuses on training emerging leaders and building organizational teams. HNI serves churches in Europe, Asia, North and South America and also operates the HarvestNet School of Supernatural Ministry.
JC and Maria Alzamora
JC Alzamora was converted over 30 years ago as a Venezuelan international college student in the United States. Since that time, he has functioned in various leadership roles in local churches and ministries in the USA, Latin America, and Europe. JC has a passion to see the reality of the Kingdom of God manifest on Earth as it is in Heaven and to see the Church unite and become the fullness of what God intended her to be. He travels around the world strengthening, equipping and launching ministries through the manifestation of the Presence of God with signs, wonders, miracles, prophetic words and apostolic counsel. JC is also the Director of HarvestNet School of Supernatural Ministry in Ephrata, PA. He has been married to his wife, Maria, for over 25 years and has a son named Nicolas.
Kevin and Stephanie Eshleman
Kevin Eshleman is the senior pastor of Ephrata Community Church. He has previously served as a public school campus minister with the Lancaster Youth Network of Churches and Lancaster Youth for Christ, and he has pastored in the Brethren in Christ Church. He is currently serving on the HarvestNet International Apostolic Council, the Ephrata/Akron Ministerium, and the Cocalico School District Board. Kevin has a master’s diploma from the Wagner Leadership Institute and a Master of Divinity in World Christianity at Evangelical Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Stephanie, have two children: Hannah and Daniel.
Wayne and Janice Kaufman
Wayne Kaufman is President of Gates of Praise Ministries. He currently serves on the HarvestNet International Apostolic Council and attends Ephrata Community Church. He is a clear prophetic voice with a pastor’s heart towards the body of Christ. He carries a burden for the end time harvest and the health of the church. He calls the body to live in victory with Kingdom power and to fulfill the great commission. A significant portion of his time is spent traveling nationally and internationally equipping leadership and the body to do the work of the ministry. He is married to Jan and has three grown sons and three grand children.
Jimmy and Lydia Nimon
Jimmy Nimon is the founding and lead pastor of Lifeway Church. Jimmy, along with his wife, Lydia, have a passion to reach the lost with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ, equip God’s people, develop leaders, and plant life-giving churches. Previous to establishing Lifeway Church, Jimmy founded and led the Gateway House of Prayer, a 24/7 worship and prayer center that is committed to honoring Jesus Christ and praying for transformation the Lancaster County region.During his time leading Gateway House of Prayer, Jimmy was gripped with the need to make disciples with practical training methods. He has created three discipleship programs, multiple training classes, and helped develop the Kingdom Ministry School. Jimmy and Lydia have five children, two grand-children, and reside in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Rodney and Karen Woods
Dr. Rodney Woods and his wife, Karen, serve the City Temple in London, where Rod is the senior minister and Karen serves as director of worship, hospitality and children’s ministry. City Temple is an historic resource church in the City of London that has a Kingdom focused, polycultural congregation. Rod and Karen’s vision is to serve as catalysts for renewal throughout the Body of Christ and to help equip future generations to fulfill the Great Commission as a spiritual father and mother. Rod has a Doctor of Ministry in Missiology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Chicago. He has served churches in Missouri and London.
Mohan and Rani Babu
Reverend Y. Mohan Babu has led Sion Fellowship Ministries, Hyderabad, India for the past 28 years. He is the second-generation Lead Pastor of Sion Fellowship, and is focused on preaching the gospel to the unreached peoples groups in India.
Very keen on Church Planting Ministry with signs and wonders, Mohan oversees 250+ City Churches and 600 village Cell Group Churches, in Hyderabad, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
He carries a great legacy being a spiritual son of Alan and Eileen Vincent. He is also one of the Pioneer partners of HarvestNet International from India.
Mohan is blessed with his wife Rani, their married children, and three grandchildren.
Dr. Dave and Sheri Hess
Dr. Dave and Sheri Hess currently serve as senior pastors of Christ Community Church, a vibrant fellowship of Jesus-followers in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Dave is the author of two books, Hope Beyond Reason and Hope Beyond Disappointment. Dave and Sheri enjoy ministering together, and spending time with their three married children and grandchildren.
Dr. Ajit and Suma John
Dr. Ajit John was a medical doctor and surgeon. He now pastors Apostolic Living Faith church in the state of Kerala, located in southern India.
He also overseers many other churches and mission outreaches throughout India, especially in the northern States. There are over 20 doctors and medical specialists in his church, so they’re involved in medical missions by operating several clinics and hospitals. Ajit and his wife Suma, who is also a Gynecologist, have three children.
Jake and Anna Kail
Jake Kail was called to ministry in college after a life-changing encounter with God. He is passionate for the Presence of God and to see His kingdom come and His will be done “on earth as it is in heaven.” Jake is the author of three books, including Restoring the Ministry of Jesus. He speaks at churches, retreats, conferences, and other events. Jake lives in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, with his wife and kids, and he serves as the lead pastor of Threshold Church.
Dr. Peter and Lesley Light
Dr. Peter Light has been involved in developing apostolic teams with others during the new church movement in the UK in the 1970’s. As part of a team from a large resource church in Southampton, he helped in the planting of several churches in the south of England. His Fathering and Apostolic ministry opened up opportunities to travel widely in Asia where he was able to encourage the establishing of networks in Nepal, India and Malaysia. He continues to minister there in a fathering role. He has been happily married to Lesley for 44 years; they have 3 sons and 7 grandchildren.
Marek and Zdenka Prosner
Marek was born again in Czechoslovakia under a communist regime that pressured the church. Since beginning Marek felt called to ministry, so in 1991 he jumped on a pastoral training opportunity in the United States. Afterward, he went home as a US missionary, where he helped to start an American Bible college, organized evangelistic tent meetings, and translated for church guests. A couple years ago, he began sharing the gospel on a secular radio station that reaches more than 30,000 listeners. His heart is to empower the church to save and disciple the unreached. He and his wife, Zdenka, have three boys.
Luke and Julie Weaver
Luke Weaver was raised in Lancaster County in an amazing Christian family. He had a burning heart for missions, which lead him into Youth With A Mission in Colorado after high school. That heart continued to grow as Luke travelled to many nations and saw the need for the gospel message everywhere. Luke met his wife, Julie, in Colorado and got married in 2002. They have both served in various mission and ministry positions since that time. After years of directing The Gateway House of Prayer in Ephrata, PA, they transitioned to serving with YWAM in 2017. They have six children and currently live in Orlando, Florida.
Floyd and Kim Zook
Floyd Zook is owner and president of Zook Interiors, LLC, which is a metal stud drywall company that he founded in 1991 and currently employs 43 people. Before starting his business, Floyd graduated from Ecola Bible School, spent several years in the short-term missions, and was employed by Discipleship Ministries as a training director. Floyd has a passion for effective leadership and to see the Kingdom of God integrated into the market place.
